We do our best to fulfill your order by the same or next day after it was placed but this could take up to 5 business days depending on order load, weather and warehouse stock.  Our warehouse is run by us and we take great care in picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Both the packaging we use in store and the packaging we use for shipping are 100% recyclable. When the packaging is not made from recycled materials, our paper and cardboard are FSC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits. All of us need to do our part to protect our fragile planet and at BrightLife we pay to offset our carbon emissions from shipping as part of our carbon neutral program. 

All packages are sent via UPS ground or UPS 2nd Day Delivery. Our company only ships within the United States and the outlying territories.
